Role overview

The Wright Group is hiring full-time and part-time Bar Staff for its newest venue, Wright & Sons, in Kildare Village, County Kildare. This is a busy, guest-focused position where strong service standards, speed, and a friendly manner are essential.

The role calls for a bartender who is confident with pint pouring, accurate drink measuring, and engaging naturally with customers. The main objective is to support smooth day-to-day bar and food hall operations while giving every guest a welcoming and efficient experience.

Purpose of the role

You will help deliver a consistently high level of customer care by keeping service flowing well, ensuring orders are handled accurately, and paying close attention to the details that drive guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

The position involves delivering courteous service, greeting guests warmly, maintaining strong knowledge of drinks and promotions, and ensuring the bar and food hall are fully prepared before and after service. You will also be expected to take part in training, work professionally with colleagues, and follow company cash-handling procedures.
