Job Summary

In this role, you will prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, keep the workspace and customer-facing areas tidy and fully stocked, deliver strong guest service, and remain effective in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve coffee and tea beverages while maintaining the required quality standards.
• Use, care for, and maintain all barista equipment properly.
• Follow all agreed hygiene, safety, and licensing standards consistently.
• Coordinate with managers, waiters, and runners to keep service running smoothly.
• Clean glasses, utensils, the bar, and related equipment, and replenish supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food items, and condiments.
• Order, label, and store food correctly, sanitize equipment, and take the necessary steps to protect food quality and freshness.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
• The ability to operate a manual coffee machine is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important.
• A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service quality is expected.
