What the role involves
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their rooms.

- Stay alert to any suspicious or undesirable persons on the premises.
- Keep uniform and personal presentation clean, polished, and professional, while protecting confidential information.
- Greet every guest, recognize service needs, support guests with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely.
- Use clear, professional communication and answer calls with proper telephone etiquette.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Read and check information carefully across different formats, including small print.
- Move quickly enough to respond to work situations, including running, walking, and jogging as needed.
- Remain standing, sitting, or walking for long periods or an entire shift.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without help, and over 75 pounds with assistance.
- Travel across slopes, uneven ground, slippery areas, stairs, and service ramps.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, and bend, twist, pull, and stoop as part of the job.
- Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
