About OceanaGold Corporation

OceanaGold Corporation is a prominent mid-tier gold and copper producer with its shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The company operates four mines: Haile in the USA, Didipio in the Philippines, and Macraes and Waihi in New Zealand. OceanaGold is dedicated to safe and responsible mining practices that deliver robust returns and foster sustainable development. Their core purpose is to mine gold for a better future, with the gold, copper, and silver produced contributing to renewable energy, medical devices, and communication technology. The company also drives economic growth and enhances health and education in the regions where it operates, supporting over 3,700 global jobs. OceanaGold operates under values of Care, Respect, Integrity, Performance, and Teamwork, aiming to be a trusted entity for employees, partners, and investors.

The Waihi Operation, located in the North Island of New Zealand, is an underground gold mine. Recent approval for the Waihi North Project, a new mine development north of the existing site, ensures a long-term extension of mine life.
