Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in the Al Yarmuk District of Riyadh is focused on driving business expansion for the medical center. The person in this role will identify new growth avenues, develop and nurture relationships with important stakeholders, and create strategic plans that help broaden the center’s market presence. The role also requires market analysis, proposal development, account handling, and partnership building, along with close coordination with internal teams to support broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spot and evaluate opportunities that can support growth and expansion.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Prepare strategic business plans and proposals to support organizational objectives.
  • Carry out market research and track relevant industry and competitor trends.
  • Manage client accounts and support ongoing relationship development.
  • Develop partnerships that contribute to revenue and organizational growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep business efforts aligned with company targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on background in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Solid capability in strategic planning and market research.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector trends is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
