About The Role

The Business Development team at Revolut is instrumental in driving growth by expanding market reach and identifying new revenue opportunities. This involves establishing strategic partnerships, exploring untapped markets, and transforming innovative concepts into concrete action plans. Collaborating across various teams and industries, Business Development Managers lead initiatives that create significant impact and open new avenues for the company. This specific role focuses on a Junior Business Development Manager to spearhead and advance a key retail initiative. The position requires targeting high-traffic areas in tourist destinations and urban centers, including high-street retailers, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls across several European cities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying suitable locations and negotiating terms with retailers and property managers.
• Developing and managing a portfolio of potential sites.
• Achieving and surpassing performance targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with property owners throughout the contract duration.
• Contributing to the planning of installation and deployment projects, working alongside Operations and external contractors.
• Proposing strategies for performance enhancement.
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound or field sales capacity.
• Residency in one of the designated European cities: Munich, Hamburg, London, or Valencia.
• Willingness to travel within your assigned city and flexibility in your schedule.
• A demonstrated history of meeting ambitious growth objectives and cultivating client relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in the local language of the application city at a C1 level.
• Legal authorization to work within the European Union.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the ATM industry.
