What you will do

  • Contribute to the rollout of the German student strategy across campus initiatives, partnerships, incentives, and related touchpoints.
  • Coordinate student-oriented projects such as campus leaders, student partnerships, referral initiatives, and reward programs.
  • Turn key ideas into workable programs by building university sales initiatives and solving operational barriers with practical, creative solutions.
  • Support student campaigns that connect with important travel moments such as summer breaks, group trips, graduation, and term-time gaps.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing on initiatives tied to incentives, referrals, and conversion improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Supply team to evaluate student housing opportunities, including universities and hostels.
  • Help maintain relationships with student groups, university communities, and partners focused on young audiences.
  • Assist with campus leader coordination and broader community engagement efforts.
  • Identify trends and cultural moments that matter to student audiences.
  • Monitor and summarize student marketing activity, results, and key learnings.
  • Support campaign reviews, performance reporting, and documentation of best practices.
  • Collect student feedback and insights to shape future strategy and program development.

What we are looking for

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or program management, with strong motivation to create new initiatives.
  • Exposure to community engagement, campus-based programs, or audiences made up of students or young people.
  • A data-oriented mindset with confidence in performance analysis and ongoing optimisation.
  • A practical, resourceful approach and the ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • Excellent organisational ability and comfort managing several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative way of working across teams.
