Role Summary

The Butler is responsible for delivering highly personalised, proactive, and polished service to guests. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a discreet approach, and the ability to anticipate guest needs and preferences so that expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves taking complete ownership of the guest experience within the assigned accommodation area. In addition to supporting guest service needs, the Butler assists with supervising, coordinating, and contributing to the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of hotel rooms. Maintaining exceptional professionalism and service standards is central to the position.
