Role overview

Emirates is hiring cabin crew members who bring a warm personality, flexibility, and the confidence to help customers feel comfortable from the moment they step on board. As a visible representative of the airline, you will guide passengers, respond to their needs, and deliver support with a friendly and attentive approach.

This position is much more than in-flight service. Safety is the top priority, so you will be expected to manage cabin operations with assurance, handle security-related responsibilities, and follow safety procedures carefully. Training is delivered through a modern facility in Dubai.

Qualifications and experience

• You should have at least 12 months of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• A positive mindset and the ability to work well in a team while serving people from different cultures are important.
• Minimum education required is Grade 12 or high school graduation.
• Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
• You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
• The role is based in Dubai, and candidates must meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits

Compensation is made up of three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The stated basic salary is AED 4,980 per month, flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours per month, and the average total monthly pay is AED 11,244. These figures are approximate and refer to Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for overnight layovers are added to salary in arrears during the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and airport transportation. Additional benefits include a tax-free salary, profit share, concessional travel, relocation assistance for moving to Dubai, free accommodation, free transport, medical cover, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.

Location and relocation

This opportunity is advertised from the Belfast Metropolitan Area, but the job itself is Dubai-based. Relocation support is included to help you settle in the UAE.
