  • Handle calls confidently and professionally.
  • Navigate multiple systems at the same time while supporting enquiries.
  • Adjust communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail in all tasks.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will bring a background in sales or customer service training, along with experience in a target-driven environment. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team are also important.
