We are hiring an experienced handyman professional to support home and commercial repair work in the Southaven, Mississippi service area. Compensation and Benefits
The annual pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, with some professionals earning more than $100,000 depending on efficiency and experience. Compensation is commission-based and tied to performance.

What You Will Do
- Handle a range of maintenance and repair jobs across residential and commercial properties
- Speak with customers about their needs, prepare estimates, and set expectations clearly
- Follow the company service process to create positive customer experiences and encourage repeat business
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores and look for opportunities to increase service value
- Prepare accurate invoicing, source materials properly, and help ensure timely payment collection
- Deliver work to a high standard the first time, in line with the one-year service guarantee
- Work independently, complete job documentation, and use the required tools and technology
- Respect customer homes, wear proper PPE, and maintain a professional appearance
Job Requirements
- You must live within the service area
- At least 2 years of paid handyman experience is required
- Basic hand tools must be your own
- You need to be insurable for use of the company vehicle
- Background screening and driving record verification are required
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and work at heights when needed
- You should maintain a professional look; uniforms are supplied
- Familiarity with the company’s workflow and service standards is expected
Trade Skills Preferred
Candidates should be comfortable performing at least three of the following specialties: carpentry, bathroom and kitchen improvements, interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and installation, basic electrical work, flooring installation and refinishing, and familiarity with building codes.
