Cleaner - Daventry

Position Summary

BOYLE Sports is looking for a Cleaner in Daventry to help keep the venue tidy, organized, and comfortable for customers and staff. The role covers routine cleaning across bathrooms, betting zones, and shared areas to support a pleasant and safe environment.

Core Duties

• Carry out everyday cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, covering sinks, toilets, and floors.
• Remove waste, empty bins, and fit new liners as needed.
• Keep betting terminals and gaming spaces clean and presentable.
• Check cleaning stock levels and top up supplies when required.
• Work in line with the site’s cleaning timetable and procedures.
• Observe health, safety, and hygiene rules at all times.
• Escalate repair needs or potential hazards to management without delay.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is welcome but not mandatory.
• You should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the store.
• Ability to work on your own and complete tasks efficiently is important.
• A sharp eye for detail and a careful approach to work are essential.
• Good communication and a positive, reliable attitude are needed.
• You must be able to follow instructions accurately.

Working Pattern

The role runs for 4 to 7 days each week, depending on the store. Daily shifts are typically 1 to 2 hours and take place outside trading hours.
