About the Role
US Fertility, a leading network of physician-led fertility practices in the United States, is hiring a Clinical Educator for its IVF Florida location in Jupiter, Florida. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on helping families grow, improving the patient experience, and advancing innovation in reproductive medicine.
The role follows a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, plus every other Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position also requires the flexibility to support all IVF Florida satellite locations as needed, and travel may be required for up to one week per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, roll out, and evaluate the orientation and training program for all clinical support staff.
- Design, maintain, and monitor training aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.
- Lead educational initiatives across the practice and ensure they are delivered effectively.
- Promote clinical awareness in non-clinical departments through planned initiatives and collaboration.
- Track staff competency compliance and coordinate with local office supervisors to support consistent best practices.
- Help maintain a safe, orderly workplace by following relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Follow infection-control standards, medical waste procedures, and chemical/hazardous material storage requirements to protect patients and employees.
- Ensure equipment is used properly, in line with manufacturer instructions, and escalate malfunctions or issues when needed.
- Participate in meetings as assigned and share concerns or updates appropriately.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve program goals.
- Communicate directly with new medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and office supervisors.
- Be available to travel as required, up to one week each month.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or allied health discipline is required.
- Registered Nurse status is preferred.
- At least 2 years of practical experience using proprietary practice systems such as ARTWorks, FERT, NextGen, and Phreesia.
- Five years of fertility experience is strongly recommended.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Strong background in organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
