Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced hospitality leader to take charge of a cluster of properties in Dublin. The position focuses on operational leadership, commercial results, and consistently high guest service standards across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of every property within the assigned cluster.
- Track performance indicators and put improvement plans in place where needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to strengthen overall capability.
- Make sure health and safety rules, as well as internal policies, are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with departmental leaders to support delivery of business goals.
- Maintain strong guest service standards and work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Look for ways to grow the business and increase operational efficiency.
Candidate requirements
- Previous work experience in the hospitality sector is essential.
- Applicants should have held the same position before or be prepared to move into this level of responsibility.
- Strong leadership ability and sound commercial judgment are required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage people effectively are important.
- Candidates must already be living in Ireland and have the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
