Role overview
A client in the agricultural sector is hiring a sales administrator / office manager to provide day-to-day support across sales, accounts, and operations. This position is best suited to someone with a background in farming or strong familiarity with the farming industry.
Core responsibilities
- Work closely with field sales colleagues and keep CRM records accurate and current.
- Assist the sales and accounts functions with order processing, invoicing, and customer record updates.
- Handle client queries by phone and email in relation to orders.
- Maintain the company website and manage social media updates.
- Carry out general office administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Practical experience in farming, or a solid understanding of the agricultural sector.
- Strong administrative ability, including confidence using office software and CRM tools.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Based in, or able to commute to, the wider Mullingar area.
- Some social media experience is preferred.
