Role overview
A fast-growing global technology business in the travel sector is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its Revenue function in Dublin. The company has a strong international footprint and a culture focused on innovation, analytics, and commercially driven decision-making.

What the role involves
- Review trading performance and pinpoint the main commercial factors affecting results.
- Carry out profitability analysis and detailed reviews across markets and partner groups.
- Develop and improve automated reporting tools and dashboard solutions.
- Partner with Trading, Product, and Commercial teams to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Use data analysis to support pricing, optimisation, and revenue expansion initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Candidate profile
This position is well suited to professionals with experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, commercial finance, or strategy-oriented roles who want to make a bigger commercial impact in a fast-moving technology setting.
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Finance, or a similar field.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and convert findings into practical business insights.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related subject.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on improving business performance through data.
Compensation and benefits
The salary for this position is 70K plus bonus and benefits.
