Role Overview

Klick Consulting is seeking a Consultant to support clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotech. The role focuses on research, analysis, and strategic problem-solving to turn complicated client questions into clear insights, recommendations, and deliverables. The Consultant will work closely with teams across strategy, behavioral science, digital, data, and AI/ML throughout the engagement process, from early strategy work through market testing.

What You Will Do

• Conduct primary and secondary research in healthcare, pharma, medical device, and biotech markets to shape client strategy.
• Review client information, research outputs, and market data to uncover insights, implications, and growth opportunities.
• Help prepare and support interviews with customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts by creating guides, recording learnings, and summarizing themes.
• Present findings and recommendations in polished written, visual, and verbal formats for both clients and internal teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support workshops, project planning, scope definition, and client-facing strategic deliverables.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of consulting experience in healthcare, technology, data, or life sciences, along with clear evidence of client-facing project work. Experience should include primary and secondary research, interview support, data collection, and turning findings into actionable insights. You should also have a track record of analyzing both qualitative and quantitative inputs and converting them into presentations, reports, or recommendations. Experience supporting workshops, requirements gathering, or alignment sessions with documented outcomes is required. A post-graduate qualification such as an MBA, MPH, or MSc is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in consulting, healthcare, or strategy.

Preferred Experience

It is helpful to be comfortable using AI as part of everyday work. Additional value comes from experience with design thinking, foresight, future-thinking, or co-creation methods. Candidates who have supported project scoping, work planning, timelines, or coordination across multiple stakeholders will be well aligned. Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior healthcare clients or cross-functional stakeholders is also advantageous, as is familiarity with commercialization challenges in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, or the wider healthcare sector.

Additional Information

This is an open existing role at Klick. The base annual salary for the position is CAD 100,000 to CAD 120,000. The final offer will depend on factors such as work location, unique skills, education, and previous experience.
