Role overview

BESIX Watpac is looking for a Content Manager to oversee the full content lifecycle across digital and print formats. The role is responsible for shaping content strategy, producing engaging material, and keeping messaging consistent, high quality, and aligned with brand priorities. You will also work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver content that strengthens brand presence and supports business objectives. You will manage content across platforms such as the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communication channels, while ensuring everything published is relevant, polished, and on brand. You will also run WIP meetings, oversee live content and campaign activity, guide team members, and help maintain strong communication and information sharing across the business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in communications, marketing, public relations, or journalism, along with proven experience in a similar position within marketing, media, or a creative setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to simplify technical information into clear, accessible language. Previous leadership experience, particularly in developing people and managing workloads, is also required.
