We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to step into a Contracts and Rates Advisor position. The role suits someone who enjoys working with contracts, pricing structures, and administrative workflows, while keeping accuracy, compliance, and service quality front of mind. • Confident customer service and stakeholder engagement approach
  • Excellent organisation, administration, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly

What you will do

  • Partner with Site Managers and Business Managers to prepare master and duplicate job orders
  • Check that job orders across the portfolio are accurate, contract-compliant, and relevant
  • Support the review process for contracts and assist with amendments when needed
  • Help identify significant opportunities with major clients
  • Carry out ad hoc reporting and auditing to support contract compliance and adherence

Team culture

No two days in this role are expected to look the same. The environment is busy and deadline-driven, but it also places value on celebration and connection. The team regularly marks birthdays and work anniversaries, supports community initiatives, and participates in gala and social events.

Benefits

  • Birthday leave
  • Leave rewards for long service
  • Employee assistance support program
  • Employee rewards platform with thousands of discounts and offers nationwide
  • Wellbeing initiatives such as meditation, yoga, pilates, and menu planning support
  • Discounted private health insurance
  • Employee referral incentives
  • Professional development opportunities, including traineeships and diplomas
