This full-time, on-site cooking position is based at Store 6002937Q, 300 Trans Canada Highway, Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador A1V 1W8. The role involves preparing meals for a team environment focused on serving quality traditional Canadian dishes.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and cook meals to the required standard.
• Handle purchasing and inventory for ingredients and other food-preparation supplies.
• Carry out food-preparation tasks and help maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow company procedures and food-preparation standards.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety for food, equipment, and the premises.

Experience and preferred background

• Food safety training is an advantage.
