Role Summary

The Corporate Trainer position is a part-time remote opportunity focused on creating, delivering, and reviewing learning experiences for corporate and professional audiences. The role includes evaluating training needs, producing course assets such as slide decks, guides, and online learning content, and leading live virtual classes and workshops. The trainer will tailor delivery methods to different learning preferences, use practical business examples, and keep training aligned with business objectives and industry expectations. The position also requires monitoring learner performance, collecting feedback, improving curriculum design, and partnering with university personnel, subject matter experts, and corporate collaborators to ensure the quality and relevance of programs.
