Role Overview
BIP is hiring a Recruiter to join its HR team in Tirana. The position is focused on talent acquisition and on identifying strong potential candidates for the organization.
The selected professional will support the HR Business Partner in running recruitment activities end to end, while also contributing to HR initiatives and projects that help improve the employee experience.
Key Duties
- Handle the complete hiring process, from publishing vacancies and reviewing CVs to arranging and conducting interviews and preparing offer proposals.
- Keep the candidate database accurate and regularly updated.
- Create and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Take part in ad hoc HR and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Assist the HR Business Partner in broader HR activities.
- Help design and apply actions aimed at improving employee experience.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for a detail-focused recruiter with around 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, including internships, and some exposure to people-management-related activities through direct support to an HR Business Partner.
Experience recruiting for IT roles, such as data, AI, and cloud profiles, is considered an advantage. Strong sourcing ability, comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, and good command of MS Office are also important.
English is not specifically mentioned, while Italian knowledge is a plus but not required.
