The company is hiring an experienced Creative Producer to join the in-house creative production function within the Marketing team. This role works closely with Creative Strategy, the AI squad, and UA teams to manage production workflows and deliver creative assets for a specific product angle.
You will operate at the intersection of creative direction, performance marketing, and production management, coordinating motion and graphic designers to create effective ad creatives. The position involves close collaboration with Paid Social and Paid Search UA leads, UA managers, and platform partners to turn creative strategies into assets across Google, Meta, and other placements. You will report to the Creative Production Lead and help improve production processes while keeping creative output aligned with performance goals.
This role suits someone who performs well in fast-moving, cross-functional environments, combines strong creative judgment with operational discipline, and understands what drives performance marketing in the wellness category.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver creative direction for static and video assets across Meta, Google, and other ad placements.
- Work in close partnership with UA, Creative Strategy, the AI team, and internal designers to shape strategy, align on priorities, and ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and support motion and graphic designers in producing a large volume of creative outputs.
- Own the production flow from research and briefing through to final delivery, keeping timelines, review cycles, and quality standards on track.
- Collaborate with the UA team to set up testing plans, review performance data, and make iterative improvements based on insights.
- Support shared KPI delivery across the UA and Creative Production teams.
- Streamline workflows to expand product-angle testing while preserving creative quality and strategic fit.
- Address performance and growth challenges such as achieving strong ROAS, enabling rapid experimentation, and responding to rising competition and acquisition costs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in creative production, with a strong focus on performance marketing for mobile apps.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading creative teams, with evidence of scaling output and improving results.
- Good working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising platforms, including common formats.
- Hands-on experience producing both video and static assets for user acquisition in recurring sprint-based cycles.
- Preferably, a foundation in motion design and the ability to contribute directly to concept refinement.
- Strong ability to identify new content patterns, hooks, and cultural signals early.
- Experience using AI tools within everyday workflows and production processes.
- Comfort with creative performance metrics and using data to guide iteration.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and cross-team communication skills.
- Prior experience creating performance-driven creative for fitness or wellness products would be an advantage.
