Laura Canada is seeking a Team Leader with a strong enthusiasm for fashion and customer service. Key responsibilities
- Work as a stylist to help customers create wardrobes that suit their needs and preferences.
- Coach and develop the sales team on excellent service standards, promotion of store programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends.
- Track sales objectives regularly and take action as needed to improve store performance.
- Handle daily operational duties such as price updates, shipping orders and transfers, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Open and close the store when required.
