In this position, you will work across data science, engineering, and product functions to review performance indicators, track model outcomes, and strengthen data quality for cutting-edge AI products. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working where analytics, artificial intelligence, and business impact meet.
The role is based in Dublin 2 at Windmill Lane and follows a hybrid working setup.

What you will do
- Examine large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, outliers, and areas where AI models and product features can be improved.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools that track model health, user activity, and key business metrics.
- Assist with preparing and checking data used for ML and NLP training so that it remains accurate and complete.
- Work with data scientists to define and apply evaluation measures for LLMs, GenAI systems, and agent-based frameworks.
- Run statistical studies and A/B experiments to assess feature performance and support product decisions.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to maintain strong data quality and governance throughout the pipeline.
- Record your findings and present insights in a clear way to both technical teams and non-technical audiences.
What we're looking for
- A bachelor’s qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within AI/ML or SaaS environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and tools for data visualization like Tableau or Power BI.
- Good understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
- Hands-on experience handling large datasets and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Some familiarity with machine learning concepts and evaluation measures would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
