Job description
Role Overview
This opening is for experienced Data Engineer professionals who will work on modern data platforms and analytics engineering initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming is mandatory.
- Solid practical exposure to Snowflake databases is required.
- Working knowledge of PySpark and SQL is needed, including joins, window functions, subqueries, partitions, and indexes.
- Experience building data lake solutions is required, and medallion architecture is considered essential.
- Apache Airflow experience for orchestration is mandatory.
- Capability to optimize Spark/PySpark and Hive applications is essential.
- Exposure to Trino or AWS Athena is considered an advantage.
- Data quality experience is a plus.
- Experience with file storage systems such as S3 is helpful.
Experience Needed
