Role Overview

This position is for a practical, fast-moving creator who can turn concepts into finished content without delay. It is an execution-heavy role that goes beyond planning and coordination.

What You Will Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish social content quickly and independently.
• Serve as the on-camera presence for the Xentro brand.
• Develop content that feels native to each platform, including Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
• Monitor trends and convert them into timely, relevant content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support content goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social-first video content with a mobile-first approach.
• Appear on camera and act as the public face of the brand.
• Identify trends and act on them with speed.
• Develop repeatable content structures and formats.
• Coordinate with creators, including outreach and content delivery follow-through.
• Manage the day-to-day posting schedule and content cadence.

Required Skills

• Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand audience behavior and social media trends.
• Comfort using CapCut for editing.
• Working knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage.
• Ability to move quickly from shooting to editing to publishing.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 0 to 3 years of experience in content or marketing, works independently, takes initiative, and is focused on execution. A strong grasp of internet culture is important, and confidence on camera is expected. Interest in fitness, sports, or movement-related content will be considered a plus.

Probation Details

The role includes a 1-month probation period. During probation, the stipend will be between ₹5,000 and ₹7,000. After successful completion, the position converts into a full-time role.

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. This is a full-time onsite role. Experience range: 0–3 years. Compensation is listed as ₹2.8–₹3 LPA. A probation period of 1 month applies with a stipend of ₹5,000–₹7,000, followed by full-time employment after successful completion.
