Digital Lead

Role overview

The Honchos Group is seeking a Digital Lead to join its head office team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. This position suits someone who blends creativity with strong technical capability and a sharp eye for detail, while being comfortable working across multiple digital touchpoints.

What the role involves

You will help coordinate and maintain store-facing digital systems and content. The position covers digital menu displays, listings on delivery platforms, kiosk content, website backend support, and ongoing digital updates across the business.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate should have a solid IT foundation, practical exposure to digital platforms or in-store technology, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Clear communication and strong attention to detail are also important.

Advantageous experience

Prior work in quick-service restaurants, retail, franchising, digital signage, POS environments, or delivery platform management will be considered an advantage. A valid driver’s licence is also advantageous for this role.

This is a full-time, onsite role based at head office in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
