EHS Engineer (TG)

This position supports the site or factory EHS lead in rolling out safety initiatives and strengthening day-to-day health, safety, and environmental practices. Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the site or factory EHS in-charge to put safety measures and initiatives into practice.
• Carry out routine inspections and monitor a range of site or factory operations.
• Help organize and conduct internal as well as external safety audits and inspections.
• Partner with the site or factory team to execute EHS programs and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractor safety marshals to support implementation of safety programs on site.
• Assist in preparing safety reports and compiling safety statistics in a timely manner, then review the results for analysis.
• Support site or factory management in meeting safety requirements and in prioritizing safety actions for effective execution.
• Inspect workplaces and perform safety audits to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Recognize major safety risks in operations and complete risk assessments for site activities.
• Work with different departments to ensure safety-related compliance is tracked and completed.
• Conduct safety training sessions and induction programs for employees and contractors.
