Role Overview

Lockheed Martin is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant in Fort Worth, Texas to support Human Resources leadership. In this role, you will help keep executive operations organized, efficient, and aligned to business priorities. You will act as a dependable administrative partner to multiple Human Resources Directors, helping them stay focused on strategic work by managing schedules, coordinating activities, and handling confidential matters with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling needs across several executives, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Set up meetings, events, and office-related logistics that support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Organize business travel and prepare expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources leadership and department activities.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to keep priorities aligned and execution seamless.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to manage documents, workflows, and communication.
  • Assist with special projects and improvement initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Protect sensitive and proprietary information while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting more than one executive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with databases and scheduling, travel, and expense reimbursement tools.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands while handling confidential information appropriately.

Preferred Skills

  • Background supporting executive leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively with limited direction.
  • Experience handling large, shifting calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Strong judgment when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with experience simplifying administrative processes or introducing better tools.
  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources functions.

Work Arrangement

This role is a part-time telework position. The selected candidate will work remotely for part of the schedule and be onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility for the rest. The weekly schedule will be finalized during the hiring process.
