Position Overview

This is an opportunity for a highly capable Executive Assistant to join a collaborative, close-knit team and provide direct support to senior leadership. The role is central to the ongoing success and expansion of the firm, with the organization’s full background to be shared later in the hiring process.

Role Summary

You will support the Founder with high-level administrative and operational assistance so that day-to-day priorities are handled smoothly. The position follows a hybrid setup, generally involving four days per week in the office, with flexibility when needed. When the Founder is in New York, the expectation is to work onsite full time to provide hands-on support.

This position blends standard executive assistant duties with personal support responsibilities, reflecting the close connection between the Founder’s business and personal schedule. It will suit someone who values variety, works with a high degree of discretion, and performs well in a demanding, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep a demanding and frequently changing calendar organized, including meetings, travel plans, and related logistics.
  • Act as a primary liaison for the Founder, managing communications with professionalism and good judgment.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming needs and surface practical solutions before issues arise.
  • Coordinate logistics across both professional and personal commitments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain strong organization so important details are tracked and nothing is missed in a busy setting.
