Role overview
This role supports senior executives with high-level administrative coordination. The right person will be highly organized, comfortable handling calendars and correspondence, and able to prepare documents and meeting materials on behalf of leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.
- Support executives with meeting preparation and related coordination.
- Handle email replies and document requests on behalf of executives.
- Prepare slides, meeting notes, and other written documents for executive use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Background in handling multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks at once with strong follow-up.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
