Job description

Role Overview

At L&T Realty, the pre-sales function focuses on handling incoming leads from different channels and turning them into site visits across the company’s real estate projects. This role is intended to strengthen lead conversion, streamline team performance, and support business growth through better process control and data-driven management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise an in-house pre-sales team of around 20 members and drive quality walk-ins across multiple projects.
  • Improve lead handling practices, turnaround times, and device policies so that conversion efficiency increases and pre-sales can contribute at least 20% to overall business, or as agreed with senior leadership.
  • Set targets for team members, track their performance regularly, and make sure targets are met.
  • Review the quality of day-to-day activities and process adherence.
  • Study lead management tools, systems, and technologies used in other industries and bring in suitable best practices.
  • Build dashboards and reports for senior management review.
  • Increase walk-ins from all types of leads, reuse leads across projects where relevant, and establish efficient systems for lead generation and servicing.
  • Maintain call records, coordinate with pre-sales agents and the sales team, and keep CRM records updated with accurate lead information.
  • Stay aligned with the sales team on progress, pricing, inventory status, and related updates, and share these with the team for execution.
  • Carry out periodic call quality reviews to improve the standard of conversations with prospects.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical ability.
  • A proactive and initiative-driven working style.
  • Proven people management capability.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team handling within pre-sales or telecalling, preferably in real estate, aviation, or hospitality.
  • Working knowledge of MIS and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud telephony systems, dialers, and CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Graduate degree or higher.
