Job description
Role Overview
Lupin is hiring an Executive in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh for a full-time, on-site role focused on quality control testing and instrument handling for finished pharmaceutical products, specifically aerosol dosage forms such as MDI and DPI.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out analytical evaluation of finished product samples, with emphasis on aerosol products including MDI and DPI.
- Operate, monitor, and support maintenance of laboratory instruments such as UV spectrophotometers, HPLC, GC, analytical balances, GCMS, Spray View, XRD, and similar QC equipment.
- Perform product testing for MDI/DPI parameters including assay, APSD using NGI, DDU, RS, spray pattern, FPM, and related physical tests.
- Use HPLC/GC systems, including Chromeleon software version 7.3, along with other routine quality control instruments.
- Follow requirements related to data integrity, GMP practices, and laboratory software compliance under 21 CFR expectations.
Experience Required
The role calls for 6 to 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical regulatory manufacturing environment, preferably USFDA-regulated.
Education
Applicants should hold a graduation in Pharmacy and/or a post-graduation in Chemistry.
