Role overview
This opportunity is posted for a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The company is seeking an Experience Manager in the United States to lead premium experiences that sit at the crossroads of brand, events, and executive engagement.
In this role, you will shape highly visible programs that influence how the organization is viewed externally and internally. Your work will span strategy, production, and direct execution for global events, executive-facing activations, and internal go-to-market moments. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to turn business goals into memorable live and virtual experiences that support pipeline growth, account engagement, and brand credibility. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring creativity, precision, and strong operational control.
Key responsibilities
You will be accountable for building and delivering high-impact experiences that strengthen executive relationships, drive pipeline, and increase brand visibility.
- Plan and deliver premium external programs such as flagship events, vertical executive boards, advisory meetings, and strategic account activations that help deepen relationships and create commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute major internal go-to-market moments, including kickoff meetings and business reviews, to align teams and reinforce strategy.
- Work hand in hand with sales and marketing to align experiences with account plans, demand generation efforts, and post-event follow-up that improves business results.
- Manage executive-level touchpoints such as dinners, briefings, and curated customer meetings that strengthen enterprise relationships.
- Handle event operations end to end, including budgeting, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution in demanding conditions.
- Scale and manage programs like corporate gifting and SWAG to extend brand presence and support stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to selected industry and vertical marketing events in partnership with broader marketing teams when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end event production or experience management, with exposure to executive or enterprise-focused initiatives.
- A history of producing polished, high-visibility events that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams on strategic accounts and pipeline-oriented initiatives.
- Strong operational rigor in managing budgets, vendors, and complex production schedules, including programs valued at six figures.
- Comfort working on-site in high-pressure settings while staying composed and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence partners without formal authority.
- Working knowledge of event tools such as Cvent or Splash, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and project management workflows.
- Analytical approach to evaluating event performance using pipeline impact, engagement data, and customer feedback.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 to USD 110,000. It also includes equity opportunities and the potential for performance-based bonuses.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Wellness resources and employee support programs
- Flexible work setup with hybrid or remote options
- Professional growth opportunities within a high-growth, AI-driven company
- Direct exposure to enterprise customers and executive-level strategic work
Application and hiring process
Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to evaluate candidates quickly, consistently, and fairly against the role’s core requirements. The strongest matches are shortlisted and shared with the hiring company, whose internal team manages interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions.
