About the Role
The F&B Store Manager leads brand execution, protects product quality and authenticity, and keeps day-to-day store activities running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and put into action the brand strategy.
- Safeguard quality standards and product authenticity.
- Manage the store’s everyday operations.
- Oversee kitchen, restaurant, and retail operations on a daily basis.
- Deliver strong customer service while maintaining effective store management.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline is required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated background as a shop manager in premium chocolate retail; experience with luxury chocolate brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of English is necessary.
- Arabic fluency is an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Background
- Seven to nine years of experience in F&B operations or a comparable position.
- At least two years in a managerial capacity.
