Role overview

This position is part of the Food and Beverage & Culinary team at the Abu Dhabi property. The role focuses on supporting service delivery in a way that makes each guest’s dining experience feel memorable, polished, and personal.

What you will do

The job is not limited to serving meals. It includes helping create a complete guest experience through attentive support across the dining area and back-of-house operations.

  • Set up tables and maintain a guest-ready dining environment.
  • Assist with kitchen-related tasks when needed.
  • Clean work areas and keep the service environment orderly.
  • Restock supplies to support smooth daily operations.
  • Contribute to making every service touchpoint part of the overall guest experience.

Core work standards

Success in this role also depends on maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, keeping quality standards high, and presenting a professional image through uniform, appearance, and communication.

Physical and operational demands

The work involves being on your feet for long periods, sitting and walking as required, and moving across slopes or uneven surfaces that may sometimes be slippery. The role also requires reviewing menus and related information carefully, and handling a variety of physical tasks.

  • Lift, carry, push, pull, or place items weighing under 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Reach overhead and bend down when needed.
  • Perform movements such as kneeling, twisting, stretching, and stooping.
  • Complete these duties and any other reasonable tasks requested to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Desired qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent GED credential is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, although previous experience in food and beverage environments is considered an advantage. No supervisory experience is needed, and no license or certification is required.
