You will also build a broad understanding of the consulting market and the day-to-day realities of startup operations. It is a strong opportunity to make a real contribution in a multi-billion-dollar industry while learning how a successful company operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve finance and operations processes to increase efficiency and support the company’s ability to scale.
- Handle accounting-related work, including tracking cash flow, optimizing budgets, and making sure client payments are collected on time.
- Support revenue growth by contributing to financial planning and by refining operational workflows.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and help implement finance and operations initiatives together with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong academic results, with a consistent record of being in the top 25% of the class.
- Prior exposure to finance, accounting, or operations is advantageous.
- Very good English communication skills are required; German language ability is considered a plus.
- Strong Excel skills are expected, and basic programming knowledge would be an added advantage.
Benefits
- One-on-one guidance and mentoring from the Chief of Staff.
- Support from the company for public transport costs and gym membership.
- Possibility of moving into a full-time role after the internship ends.
- Opportunity to work from central Berlin with an ambitious, international team.
- Regular team lunches and social gatherings.
- Access to a wide range of professional development materials and resources.
