Job description

Role Overview

This position is responsible for keeping day-to-day fleet and logistics activities running efficiently. The role combines operational oversight, coordination across teams, performance monitoring, and adherence to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee field staff in their daily work.
  • Track fleet activity each day, including scheduling and status reporting.
  • Make sure all safety rules and operational procedures are followed.
  • Work with internal departments to address and close operational issues quickly.
  • Compile reports and keep accurate records of team and fleet performance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of background in logistics or fleet operations, including driving experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams.
  • Good command of English for communication.
  • Comfort using computers and preparing reports.
