For this role, the team is looking for someone with a strong hotel mindset and a hands-on approach to housekeeping operations. The Floor Supervisor will help keep room standards high, support smooth daily workflow, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of housekeeping activities so operations remain efficient.
• Assist management in sustaining service standards and quality levels.
• Monitor team performance and coordinate the flow of work across the floor.
• Clean guest rooms and ensure all required supplies are replenished.
• Clean bathrooms and restock bathroom amenities as needed.
• Arrange guest belongings carefully while servicing rooms.
• Make sure quality assurance requirements are consistently followed.
• Keep hotel corridors clean and well maintained.
• Escalate maintenance concerns to the Engineering Department when necessary.
• Respond to guests professionally and provide support when required.
