Job Overview
Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking energetic, self-driven front office professionals who are eager to grow their careers in hospitality.
Role Summary
In this position, you will deliver polished, guest-centered front desk service and help ensure every stay is smooth, welcoming, and memorable from arrival through departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer fast, courteous, and efficient service to every guest while creating a personalized experience that supports strong guest satisfaction.
- Greet guests by name whenever possible and escort them to their rooms so they feel anticipated and well received.
- Handle room and hotel orientation, and support guests with questions or requests related to hotel activities.
- Keep current with hotel details and local information, including opening hours, promotions, events, attractions, and other relevant services, so guest queries can be answered accurately.
- Track daily selling rates and occupancy levels to support front office operations.
- Carry out cashiering duties in line with established standards, systems, procedures, and policies.
- Process guest accounts from check-in to check-out and ensure all incidental charges are posted correctly through the computerized front office system.
- Protect guest privacy and avoid disclosing any personal or stay-related information.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and current happenings.
Education, Experience & Skills
The role calls for a hospitality degree and prior experience in a hotel front office environment. Strong written and spoken English is required, and additional language ability is valuable. You should also bring excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be comfortable using computers, and ideally have prior exposure to Opera.
