Job Summary

The Educator role is fundamental to our organizational success. Educators are proficient in delivering exceptional customer service, or guest experience, within our retail stores. Their primary responsibilities include engaging with guests, providing in-depth product knowledge, and authentically representing our community and culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience, respecting their time. Assess guest needs to offer tailored solutions for purchases and returns. Educate guests on product features and benefits. Facilitate a smooth end-to-end guest journey through accurate and timely transactions and by executing omnichannel programs according to company standards. Maintain active floor presence to continuously engage with guests and address multiple needs. Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Inform guests about local community initiatives and assist in planning and executing community projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a respectful and inclusive team atmosphere by embracing differences, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all team members and guests. Build strong, productive relationships with colleagues. Work collaboratively with team members to optimize the guest experience and support store operations.
  • Operations: Execute product presentation tasks, including restocking, organizing, and relocating merchandise, adhering to company standards. Utilize in-store technology to enhance store operations and guest experiences. Perform necessary cleaning duties to maintain the store's premium environment. Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to be mobile within the store for the majority of a shift to assist guests and complete tasks. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
