About the Role

This position leads a student accommodation community made up of four residential buildings and 842 beds. You will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and commercial performance of the site, while guiding a team of around 10 staff members along with Residential Advisors.

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, including presentation standards, compliance, and service quality.

About You

You are an authentic, commercially focused leader who can motivate people, build trusted relationships, and deliver strong results. You should bring leadership experience from student accommodation, hospitality, property, or another service-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Unrestricted legal right to work in Australia.
  • Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive pay aligned to your experience and the value you bring.
  • An inclusive workplace that values individuality and meaningful contribution.
  • The chance to influence the future through engagement forums and Viva Engage.
  • Regular team events, celebrations, and social activities that strengthen connection.
  • Preferred travel rates across Essence Hotels & Apartment.
  • Referral rewards of up to $1,000 for successful talent introductions.
