Role overview
MM is hiring experienced Production Operators for shift-based work at its Cork site. This is a full-time position in a busy production environment where quality, safety, and productivity are central to the role.
Key duties
- Keep work moving so deadlines are achieved within a safe and controlled environment.
- Take ownership of machine output and maintain productivity targets.
- Participate in health and safety training and follow all site procedures and rules.
- Report any incidents promptly to the shift lead.
