About the Role
Omre is a fast-scaling longevity brand focused on science-led supplements that aim to improve healthspan, not only lifespan. In just two years, the company has expanded globally, with the United States as its main market.
The business is hiring a Graphic Designer to strengthen its visual identity and own polished creative execution across all digital channels. This position calls for someone with a strong design eye, excellent craft, and the ability to turn strategy into premium, modern, conversion-focused visuals.
You will partner closely with the Head of Brand & Creative and work with teams across growth, retention, product, and leadership. The role also includes supporting and coaching the Junior Designer to help raise the overall creative standard across the company.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Old Street, with in-office work on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
What You Will Do
- Design brand-aligned creative assets for paid media, organic social, CRM, website, and broader campaigns.
- Convert brand strategy into consistent, clear, and scalable visual systems.
- Keep design quality high through careful attention to detail, cohesion, and craft.
- Work with Growth, Retention, and Product to develop and deliver campaign ideas.
- Create concepts that connect with the intended audience and reflect the brand’s values.
- Bring fresh ideas, new formats, and strong storytelling to each creative brief.
- Offer direction and feedback to the Junior Designer to improve output quality.
- Help maintain consistency across all creative work and lift the overall standard of design.
- Create motion assets for paid social, product launches, and storytelling initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Performance Creative Strategist to test, learn, and improve creative performance.
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows, increase output, and explore new creative opportunities.
- Experiment with new tools and methods to improve both speed and quality.
- Maintain and refine the design system so it continues to work across teams.
- Keep files and assets well-organised, easy to access, and scalable for future use.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience in a design role, either agency-side or in-house.
- A portfolio that shows strong visual taste, premium brand thinking, and digital-first design work.
- Comfort and fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Strong motion design ability, with After Effects preferred.
- Experience creating work for paid social, CRM, and web.
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Good understanding of social trends, online behaviour, and performance-led creative.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working across functions.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance creative delivery.
- Interest in health, wellness, or longevity is a plus.
