Role overview
This rotational program is designed to fast-track the development of early-career professionals by giving them hands-on exposure to a range of growth and creative functions. The role is built around guided learning, varied project ownership, and steadily increasing responsibility for someone who wants to grow into a meaningful contributor across the Creative and Growth teams.
Over the course of roughly two years, participants will rotate through areas such as influencer and partnerships, social media, performance marketing, analytics, and creative briefing/project management. At the end of that period, placement into a more focused position will depend on performance, strengths, business priorities, and the participant’s interests shown during the program.

- Delivering polished work by organizing tasks well, prioritizing effectively, and reviewing output for accuracy, completeness, and clean formatting.
- Following through with urgency on assigned work, keeping others informed with clear status updates, and ensuring tasks move forward.
- Using sound judgment by thinking through work carefully, logically, and in the right sequence.
- Learning quickly, taking feedback constructively, and applying it to improve future work.
Key responsibilities
The role spans multiple growth and creative areas, with day-to-day work that may include:
- Managing and analyzing monthly work across influencer programs, media buying, and brand partnership opportunities, including identifying and reviewing new prospects and approving content.
- Supporting performance marketing and analytics by building, checking, and evaluating campaigns across all channels, launching new channels when needed, and handling ad hoc analysis.
- Owning creative briefing and production coordination from start to finish, including writing briefs for internal and external contributors, setting up projects, reviewing incoming requests, assigning tasks, and tracking dependencies and deliverables.
- Driving social media activity by managing community engagement, amplifying standout user-generated and influencer content, maintaining the editorial calendar, and presenting performance updates.
- Working on member experience analytics by creating, updating, and reporting on LTV models and rejoin data, running and analyzing price tests and price changes, and sharing insights with recommendations for offers and channel improvements.
- Supporting growth initiatives for Allurial, the company’s Romantasy subscription business, including paid campaign execution and reporting, survey design and distribution, social posting, and influencer coordination.

- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy, even in a busy and fast-moving environment.
- Strong prioritization skills to keep multiple projects moving on schedule.
- Creative instincts, plus a habit of researching, brainstorming, and pitching ideas to improve performance and process.
- Good aesthetic judgment and a clear sense of content and creative styles that can perform well for customer acquisition.
- Comfort with basic math and data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels.
- Interest in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer brands, and/or the book industry.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

This opportunity is based in New York, NY and is a full-time onsite role.
The program is intended to build experience across several functions before moving into a more specialized role after about two years, based on performance, strengths, business needs, and interests.
