Iceland Foods is seeking a Home Delivery Driver in Maypole, Wales, to deliver customer orders and represent the brand in a customer-facing role. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and interacting positively with people.
The hourly pay for this role is £13.71.
What the job involves
As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for bringing shopping directly to customers while maintaining high standards of service and care. You will be the face of Iceland during deliveries and should take pride in ensuring every order reaches the customer in excellent condition.
- Follow correct procedures for loading the van safely, including heavy lifting and manual handling
- Drive with care and always follow safe driving practices
- Carry out vehicle checks before use
- Make sure groceries are delivered in the best possible condition
- Deliver friendly, reliable customer service
- Support in-store tasks when needed
- Work well on your own and manage time effectively
- Be flexible with shifts, which may run between 6am and 11pm
