Role Overview
The hotel is looking for reception/front desk team members to join the property in Dublin 1, County Dublin, Ireland. The main purpose of the role is to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable stay and receives excellent service from arrival to departure.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and help resolve guest issues effectively.
- Carry out end-of-shift audits, banking, and reconciliation tasks.
- Work closely with other hotel teams and ensure smooth, accurate handovers between shifts.
- Create memorable guest experiences through attentive, service-focused interaction.
- Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and personal drive to the role.
- Continuously work on your own development and learning.
- Show kindness, honesty, and care for the local community.
- Understand the hospitality industry and what it takes to perform at a high level.
- Use creativity and initiative to help improve business performance.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and problem-solving ability.
- Experience or capability in auditing, banking, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Ability to support different hotel teams and manage shift handovers professionally.
- Genuine interest in hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences.
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach.
- Commitment to personal growth and development.
- Kind, honest, and community-minded attitude.
- Good knowledge of the hospitality sector and its standards.
- Creative thinking with the ability to spot ways to improve commercial results.
- Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute to the property location.
- Must be available for a 40-hour-per-week contract.

Additional Information
The role requires the legal right to work in the UK and the ability to travel to the property. The position is based onsite in Dublin 1, County Dublin, Ireland.
