Role Overview

The hotel is looking for Reception team members to join the team at Point A in Dublin 1, County Dublin, Ireland. The main purpose of the role is to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable stay and receives excellent service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, effective customer service and solve guest issues confidently.
• Complete end-of-shift cash checks, auditing, and banking reconciliation work.
• Work closely with other hotel departments and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Create memorable guest experiences through attentive and service-led interaction.
