Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning duties, encompassing resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and administrative offices.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols and safety standards.
• Document cleaning activities and promptly report any facility or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to guarantee a hygienic setting.
• Engage with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Undertake any other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
• Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
• Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination mandates is required.
• Must have the physical capacity to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and sustain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for prolonged durations.
• Ability to consistently perform routine, repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work with cleaning agents.
• Capability to follow verbal and written directions and perform daily repetitive tasks.
• Must reside within the designated service area.
