About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning duties, encompassing resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and administrative offices.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols and safety standards.
- Document cleaning activities and promptly report any facility or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to guarantee a hygienic setting.
- Engage with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Undertake any other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
- Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination mandates is required.
- Must have the physical capacity to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and sustain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for prolonged durations.
- Ability to consistently perform routine, repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work with cleaning agents.
- Capability to follow verbal and written directions and perform daily repetitive tasks.
- Must reside within the designated service area.
